RM2003 HELP FILE NOT WORKING IN WINDOWS 7?

I've tried opening the RM2003 help file (and note this is the first time since I was still using Windows XP) and something pops up telling me:

"The Help for this program was created in Windows Help format, which depends on a feature that isn't included in this version of Windows. However, you can download a program that will allow you to view Help created in the Windows Help format."

I've tried searching for this program, but for some reason I cannot find it anywhere. Is there some alternative to getting the help file to work? Thanks for your time.

I have tried it but to no avail. It brings me to this validation process and never actually brings me to the file I want.

Yes, uh, the validation process has to be done before the download. That's how windows update works. It won't give you updates until it validates your computer.

Seriously how hard is it to install crap in windows? You just keep hitting the next button until you're done. If you really have trouble with something that simple, might I suggest that software design is not a good hobby for you?

Well, at first I thought it was leading me to something totally different, so I just threw it off. I'll try again.
