LOOKING FOR A PARTNER

I am looking for a partner, someone who enjoys making large quantities of good looking maps in RPG Maker VX and who can guarantee they won't drop off the face of the earth without warning (if you can promise that, so can I). That you have opinions on game design, general aesthetics and storytelling and will vocalize those opinions is assumed, and obviously a plus. I'm not looking to make any extreme demands on anyone's time. Slow but steady is the rate of map making that I'm looking for, with an emphasis on steady obviously: the slow I could take or leave. If you could make approximately one map a day every day for a few months and not disappear, that would be amazing. I can't emphasize enough that reliability is the quality I value the most here. Expect a lot of creative leeway. (There is another project that I have cooking where I will be trying to do level design via crowdsourcing. This is not that.)
My relevant credentials are probably best summed up here. The first page of them anyway (there's two). You may also find these slightly instructive in learning about me as a game designer.
The game (not that there aren't several in the backlog that I could use help on) is nontraditional medieval fantasy with a theme of "high magic", magic that creates and alters things rather than simply blowing stuff up or harming people. The working title is SUMMONER (no relation) The design philosophy I am hoping for is "elegant minimalism". Stylistic influences are Shadow Of The Colossus and presumably the rest of its ilk (Ico, etc.). If this project is like any of my previous games, then it is at the intersection of Mage Duel and Wanderer.
If you are not interested, there is no need to post anything here. If anyone says nothing, I'll take that as a no from them. : )
If this slides off of the page, I will try and bump it a few times.

explain
All there is of this project right now is ideas (it is in the idea phase), so I am really afraid of someone stealing those. But:
* You are a wizard. (Perhaps more accurately, a planeswalker from MtG if that is a helpful reference for anyone. Or, alternatively, an 18th Level Sorcerer (Sor 14, Archmage 4) from D&D 3.5e with a specialization in conjuration and transmutation, if someone finds that reference helpful.)
* You are not restricted to the usual fireball/haste/sleep/heal type wizardry.
* You can create anything (anything) anything you need with magic.
* For instance, you can summon monsters to help you in fights.
* You can create guards from your castle out of nothing.
* If a bridge is broken, you can cast "Bridge" and a bridge appears.
* If a door is locked, you can cast "Key" and and a key enters your inventory for the door.
* If you are out of health, you cast "Potion" and a healing potion appears in your inventory. Etc.
* You need somewhere to rest and...you get the idea. The limits will be set to create the best gameplay possible.
* Additionally, you can teleport/mind control/control time and a lot of other things that many traditional videogame RPGs don't allow magic to do.
* You are (this goes without saying) enormously powerful.
* You have, however, recently been WEAKENED an enormous amount. The goal of the game is to regain your power and rebuild your kingdom.
* You have only a limited (although VAST) amount of MP that you start with. This MP is used for more-or-less everything (options are introduced gradually). Your MP very very seldom or never is recharged (haven't decided which). The game is a resource management game with one resource that you use for everything.
Note these are equal parts gameplay and story ideas...I'm not sure I can explain that further if you ask. Also note that these ideas are really really really nascent.
Not-gameplay:
* This is going to be somewhat quieter than most of my other projects (less dialogue, less characters).
* It is going to be somewhat "cuter" or lighter, at least at the beginning. Obviously not "kawaii!"
* Elegant minimalism is the design principle I want to strive for.
* Deserted/haunted setting...peaceful/sad. A la Shadow Of The Colossus.
