CloseI think this would be a great game for the site to make. I for one will like to play it. It should also be an ABS system. LOZ with rpg type battles get boring and old. Played one. Or even a tactical system like FF Tactics would be something to think about.
well, we latched on pretty hard to SMBX to make mario games when someone stumbled upon it. Is there an easy to use LOZ editor out there?
SMBX is easier to pick up and just throw something together and is a better kind of tool for collaborative projects. A collaborative Zelda game would be, well...
People can hardly work together to make consistent and non-retarded Mario levels. Don't trust a community at large to collaborate on something like this! (Though I would enjoy seeing what kind of aneurysms it would give brickroad)

Agreed. I am really suprised nobody has explored the possiblities of a game set in the Land of Zarahemla. I'm already writing the script for Judah's jailbreak in Babylon.

Znes is a cool system, it plays Zelda and doesn't afraid of anything.
