ANYONE FEEL LIKE DOING SOME CHARACTER ART?

CloseI am going to start making a few sprites for my game, but kind of want something to base my sprites off of. I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing some character art for my game?
First I need a main character. He's your stereotypical silent adventuring protagonist. Think of like a Link or Chrono type character. Late teens/early twenties, heart of gold, heroic attitude, etc etc. But he needs to look -cool-. He uses a sword.
That's all I have for now. There will be demand for more characters as I finalize who/what I want in the game. I want someone who really just wants to flex their creative muscle and create some pretty bright characters. I prefer nothing that is too "anime", but I mean, anime styles are welcome. And if you're good at drawing monsters, that would be dope too.

I'm not very good at this kind of thing but I'd like to give it a try, god knows I could use the practice... So, are there any other details about this character that you may want to share? something that my help me going in the right direction... or is all up to me? also, what kind of monsters do you want?

Pretty much up to you. I mean... think standard adventure hero stuff. If you want to toss around ideas or draw up a few small sketches or something, I can tell you what I think works best!
Also as far as monsters go, -anything- would be welcome here. Sky's the limit. Nothing too demonic or huge. Just little beasts and creatures that run around... think like DragonQuest style monsters.
