Story:
Dan, Marucho and Shun are threatened by a new enemy who infiltrates Bakugan Interspace and challenges the heroic team of the Bakugan Battle Brawlers for the title of "Best Brawlers". With Dan's leadership on the line and Drago gaining new uncontrollable powers that puts Earth at terrible risk, Dan and Drago decide to travel to New Vestroia to train, however, Dan has nightmare's haunting him of bad events to come (courtesy of the Sacred Orb of Neathia). Now, it's up to the Battle Brawlers to stop this new enemy & their "Dark Bakugan" from destroying Bakugan Interspace, and hopefully, the entire universe

I did a search on Mechtanium Surge and found out it's another Bakugan anime. lol...

Of the anime airing in seasons to come, I'm currently looking forward to season 2 of Kami Nomi zo Shiru Sekai (Spring 2011) and Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu (Summer 2011). I'm also looking forward to the OVA of Baka to Test to Shoukanjuu coming later this month as well.

Anywho, to answer the question "which anime did i look forward to?" - Astro Boy. When i was a lad I looked forward to watching another episode. Especially for part 2 of The Greatest Robot in the World (I think that's what that episode was called. Its the one where a scientist made a robot for the purpose of fighting, and he went around the world defeating all of the world's greatest warrior robots. Until Astroboy beats his ass DOWN!)

you mean the first episode? or the "last" episode? (also the manga continues from the first episode, he ends up with some freakish armor apparently, too bad I hate manga)
I adored the "last" episode though. It definitely went japan on the "last" episode despite it staying relatively sane through the whole series, but the feeling of hopelessness and Guts having to watch his ex-best friend rape the girl that he loves right in front of him, and no matter how hard he tried (even cleaving through his own arm with a broken sword) he still couldn't stop him. That was brutal on every emotional level there was. That's an "ending" you won't ever forget, which is why I enjoyed it so much.

That said, I don't know. Every week I look forward to watching the newest One Piece but I haven't seen any others I'm looking towards watching. Well, there's the new FMA: Brotherhood, I guess, but I think that's already released. Oh and Bakuman. And apparently Psyren will be coming out sometime in the future, so that as well.

1) Fractale
2) Infinite Stratos
3) To Aru Majutsu no Index (Season 2)
4) Kimi ni Todoke (Season 2) (Although at a much slower pace)
1) found from Unlimited Translation Works (I have high respects for this fansub group :)), 2) found via Animesuki.com, 3) and 4) were from a previous season.
Used to watch Bleach but got bored of it. Now i'm only reading the weekly Bleach manga chapters :/

I still watch Bleach every week. It definitely hasn't been as sharp as it has been, but I'll probably stick with it, at least for a little while longer. Also, regardless of the story, I always liked the animation of that manga. Wish Kubo wouldn't waste so many panels though...

Bleach, One Piece, Naruto; those couple long-running, mainstream, big time anime aren't even the icing on the cake with regards to what anime is really about. (￣▽￣)ノ
just watch my recommendations Nico"B" they are pretty easy to please any range of fan and are all highly spoken of

Death Note was epic, I preffer short OVA's these days like Hell Sing, Samurai X OVA, Fooly Cooly e.t.c as they don't drag on and on like Bleach, Bleach is really addictive and cool and everything but some episodes are just like 0_0 "filler-out" like they just wanna make it longer so you keep watching then in some random way the filler-outs link with the story.
It gets a bit pointless but if you miss it you don't get the rest of the plot.
Death Note was my ideal manga series, captivating, intense, intelligent all the way to the end plus it was a mind fuck ( the end episode when... wont spoil it but i almost thought light did it... ).
Unlike bleach there no useless episodes, oh were gonna spend the next 20 episodes talking about the bound and how they all die anyway wait what was the point again oh yeah for some reason Ichigo learned alot about his zanpakto.
Anyway back to the topic, the anime I'm looking forward to is Gintama yeah yeah its old but I've been wanting to check it out for a while ( we don't get anything new here )

I took my chances to watch it not because of the sexuality, but because of the story within :) (I could be deceiving myself though...)
