I'm trying to upload a demo of my game but I don't know what to upload? Is it a ZIP folder with stuff inside? Im really confused. Any help would be nice.

You are right in your guess. The best thing to upload would be a .zip or even a .rar file of your game's folder. If you really want to cut down on size, delete the "RPG_RT.exe" file, since it can be from any place. Unless you've hacked the .exe to have custom glyphs or something like that.
