I got my PC upgraded for 300-400 bucks, it can run crysis on medium. Just got to know someone computer savy to customize your computer.

This is the problem. When you buy an XBox 360 or PS3 for 300-400 dollars you can expect to play the hottest games off the shelf. However on the PC you can only expect to run the hottest games at medium settings for the same investment. People argue that a PC is good for things other than gaming, but your $300 video card is most certainly not. I have a decent PC and play a lot of PC games (it would be my favorite platform if it weren't for Neverwinter Nights 2 lagging no matter how awesome my PC is and X3 crashing all the time and Crysis being a bastard and the whole experience generally being a pain in the ass), but seriously I would never recommend to anyone that they put themselves through it.

What? Xbox360/PS3 games are a joke compared to Crysis graphics wise. Crysis is pratically a game from the future and was not meant for even the most average high end PC. Pretty much any xbox360/ps3 port for the PC I can run on high settings.

My SNES, followed by my DS. (On which I can play Snes roms.)

Jesus, how'd you get them to work? They always screw up on mine. Heck I can barely get NES games to display their graphics right.
My favorite will always be the SNES. It was such a huge step from the NES and had quite an impact on me when I was younger. It also had some of the best games ever made so... SNES, easy choice.

I'm using SnemulDS 0.6 Alpha. Obviously it's not as good as ZSnes or something, but it runs quite a few games perfectly. I've played through Terranigma and Breath of Fire I on my DS so far. I imagine most of the earlier, more simple SNES games work, but fancy stuff like Tales of Phantasia or Seiken 3 don't work yet.
I use that program as well, really easy to use. I also use the NeonDS emulator to play DS games. Seems to be the only one i can find that works.
Well, lol, I got a 360 with Halo 3, just to have Halo 3 XD
It's pretty cool, but I don't have a HD TV, so I'm missing out a bit. Maybe I'll buy one later. The 360 is so fun, but I need more games now XD XD XD

I'm sorry you had to pay $400-$600 for Halo 3 Lord haha, I still want to play that game though! Oh and, my new signature sexy enough for you guys haha.;D
The PC has been my favorite for five years now. Apparently most games can be played on the PC, like:

The Elder Scrolls: Oblivion
World of WarCraft
Bioshock

...and all RPG Maker games. That's basically why it's my favorite.
I love My PC, I owned a ps before and a ps2 right now but I have to say PC still remains on me. Although I miss my Good Boy (Family computer thing) with all those old school games and stuff.

I like PC games a lot but I very rarely play one game for more than about 10 hours or so. Except for Titan Quest because it's the biggest surprise in gaming ever.
Yeah, the PC is pretty cool although i haven't really played any good games on it for a while. Lost just really pissed me off. I do play "the sims" games on it though. They never get boring.
The Sims? The reason they never "get" boring is because they start out boring. You can't become something you already are.
If theres only one thing I can say thats awesome about PC, it has to be the mod communities. Does anyone play any half life 2 mods? Pirates, Vikings and Knights II is amazing.
If the PC doesn't count, then the PS1.

NES: Suffers from a huge design flaw. Thank god they don't do front loading systems anymore. Plus I hate the controller and the SPU with a passion.

SNES: Really, there's nothing bad with it except that cartridges are most expensive than CDs which increase the price of games.

N64: Ahahahaha. It uses cartridges still ($$$) and expansions which are my sworn enemy for regular consoles. Spending $30 so I can get a minor RAM upgrade so I can play Majora's Mask? Fuck you Nintendo. This extends to the controller expansions, like the rumble pack and memory card. The controller was nice though, it worked beautifully.

PS1: I've never had any trouble with mine and the DualShock controller is nice, comfortable, and all the buttons are easy to get to. I'd see it as a SNES with cheaper games (at the cost of needing a memory card) and a better controller.

PS2: Designed by monkeys (who later designed the 360). Works like ass. I loath the people who designed it. I've never needed to perform maintainance on a console before I got a PS2. And its also the second shortest-lived console I've owned (the fan is connected to the mainboard by glue/solder.)

Gamecube: No issues with the console itself, but I was not a fan of the controller. It wasn't that comfortable and I hated where they put the Z button.

Wii: I got one with a defective GPU, but Nintendo support got that fixed without a problem. Overall there's no real complains except its Virtual Console emulation is lacking nice features, like remappable keys. It'd be nice to directly boot into Gamecube games too without needing the Wiistick. I also don't need to see the warning everytime I boot up. That's just exessive.

All other consoles I've never owned, so I can't form a proper opinion. Except the PC, which can do everything I want it to and more (when some part of it isn't giving me the finger). Maintainance of a PC can be a bitch, but that's what you get with such a versatile machine I suppose.

But there are stalkers out there trying to get their hands on your wiistick . . . . . . . . .
