Hi I'm new here so there might already be a thread like this ,
well i wanna know how to save my game so others can play it, so that you dont need Rpgmaker to play it.

I'm using Rpgmaker XP

thx :)
Well, i'm not really sure but i do know that there is a tutorial on doing this using rm2k3. You could try that and see if it works but most likely won't. Here's the link:

Glad i could be of some help. But just keep in mind that the tutorial was meant for rm2k/3, so i am not sure if it will actually work in XP.
But I thought if you did include the RTP, then it would work on other computers that do not have RPGmaker. *Is confused*...you don't have to bother with that do you?
Right, cause ive sent my games to friends whom have never even heard of rpgmaker and they had no trouble what-so-ever with any of the games

Well i'm not sure about anyone else but if i try to play an rpg game on my computer without the RTP installed it won't work. You will get a message that comes up saying "Runtime package not found".
You should also include your RGSS102E.dll in the your game's main directory (the one with Game.exe in it) so that they don't need to install RGSS to play the game.

It'll be in your Windows\system32 folder.
