RM2K3 - ORGANIZE ITEMS?

Is there any way to organize items in the game so they're not forced to be in the same position as they are in the item database list? It would make things so much more easier for me if I could organize them, like how you can in Final Fantasy.

I don't like having to put organize them in the Item list because I'm always thinking of new items, and I like them to be sorted by category.

Like...

Consumables:
Medicine-
Food-
Ingredients-
Skill Scrolls
etc
Craze
why would i heal when i could equip a morningstar

Leave lots of room. In VXP you could code in forced ordering to patch up misorderings, but not in 2k3.

I usually leave ~30 spaces under each heading (IN-BATTLE ITEMS, OOB ITEMS, STAT BOOSTERS, etc.) for the sake of keeping stuff in order.
