CloseThe original Pirates of the Carribbean game was good because Disney is evil and bought the almost-finished Sea Dogs 2, changed the name of the game and released it. Incidentally the game had absolutely nothing to do with the movie. It was a good game, but since it was not entirely finished (they ended Sea Dogs' II development way early to coincide with the movie release) it was not nearly as awesome as it would have been with more time and polish.

Are you talking about "Legend of Jack Sparrow"? I quite enjoyed that game as well but the third game could have been better. Luckily i only bought it for $30 in a cheap bin of games. :P

I don't know? I don't recall the subtitle but the game I am talking about was a game where you would explore, conquer ports, trade items, capture fleets, sell ships, etc. There was some limited exploration on foot too to find buried treasure on islands. It was way more of a sim than anything else; it was a lot like Sid Meier's Pirates!.

That's actually sarcasm as Shadow is one of the defining moments of Sonic hitting rock bottom.
I know you where using sarcasm I see shadow as a love and hate thing. Either people love his anti-heroness or people think he's some cheap cliche knock-off.

nah, i actually find shadow to be pretty cool. I will agree with you that the game was a piece of shit but the character definitely isn't. I read somewhere that he is in the top 5 of best characters in sonic.

how many characters are there in Sonic universe, anyway? They seem to come up with a new "badass-ier" character with every new shitty game that they release.

I wasn't trying to prove that he was good. I was just saying that he is a favourite character of mine in sonic.
