Closedoes anyone know how to solve my problem I was trying to get ib to work when this message came up ( imt.cannot be opened) then the little sceen turned black ( sorry for putting this here but I do not know how to start a topic)

hello,i have too this problem,on gamejolt i was upload a fangame,but when i play it the real game its on fullscreen,i try to press alt+enter but nothing,the game was white and black and crash!someone can help me?P.S.i can't restart the PC
