I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO THIS! (I have some chipsets that show only some picture,(like a up close version of a wagon, or ship, etc.) and I have a map chipset but I don't think that matters) But, can you please tell me how to do this?(Make a map have multiple chipsets?)(Would you have to combine 2 chipsets?!)
Which RPG Maker are you using? Because you can't really "use two or more chipsets in one map". You can either make events that use graphics from charsets (you would need to make a charset with the desired graphics you want), or you can take something out of your current chipset and add in the rest.
Or you could use XP, which has (technically) unlimited vertical size of chipsets, so you can combine different ones into one big one using a graphics program... paint would work.

... Why do I always forget the specifics...
Ok, I am using 2k3, and yes I have heard of it before.
I am such a noob in scripting that I am not even going to look at XP until...
Forever now.

To summarize what Saya said:
You can't display more than one chipset at a time with rm2k3. Your options are to:
1) Combine the tiles you want from the wagon chipset into your map chipset (saving it as a separate file, you can remove tiles from the original map chipset you don't need for that particular scene), or..
2) Create events, and assign them graphics from your wagon chipset.
