"I am matter... I am antimatter... I can see your past... I can see your future... I consume time... And I will consume you!"
(So yeah, I like this kind of thing, and it relates to my nick too. I'll never change my avatar, I'll maybe improve it someday but that's it)

@Deckiller : Where did you get that avatar, she'so beautifully striking or strikingly beautiful! painted?
Like Poke'maniac said, it's just generally something I like. Like at the time of this post, my avatar is/was Juri from Super Street Fighter 4, meaning I like both Super Street Fighter 4 and Juri Han. <3
I change on-line avatars, like, once a year. If that.
Then again, I've only been using forums in general for the past three or so years. I'm not at the point where looking at the same avatar over and over gets to me, I guess?

I don't know how you guys react to avatars, as for me, every user with a picture or photography of a woman or girl is a she, even if I've looked at the profile and seen it's a he, that's what sticks to my mind, not that it's that interesting, but I don't understand this mindset of 50% of the males who put up women's pictures to represent themselves ?! (not that it's a problem either, in fact, it's maybe better that way, genders don't appear). I just don't understand.
How about people who use dogs as their avatars?
How about people who use random senseless pictures?
HOW ABOUT PEOPLE WITH NO AVATARS? :O

author=chanaI don't think of my avatars as representations of myself. I usually just want something nice to look at (hence Hayley Williams/Alison Brie <3).

LockeZ
I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

I had House as my avatar for a long time, because I like people to imagine everything I say in his voice. Try it some time, it really does help!
Then I made a My Little Pony version of House for no apparent reason beyond PONIES! and changed my avatar to that. It just seemed like a funny dichotomy. Misanthropy is magic.

author=Yellow MagicThis reminds me of something a friend of mine said once. He was asked why he always plays female characters in MMORPGs. His response was that if he was going to be looking at someone's butt for 200 hours, he might as well enjoy it.author=chanaI don't think of my avatars as representations of myself. Whenever I see somebody with an amine girl as their avatar, I always assume they're a girl even if I know they're not.
Something is strange about seeing Jason Alexander and the name "dethmetal" so I just naturally assume he is Jason Alexander. :P
