A INTERESTING IDEA FOR A NEW RPG MAKER.

While RMVX is questionable, I don't believe RPG Maker XP has failed. :/

I meant those Makers made by indie people. Of course none of the RPG Makers failed. That's why RMN's database is full of games made by all of those 4 Enterbrain RPG Makers.
I would go with either XP or VX if RM2k3 would stop working for me. But don't know which one of those 2 I would pick... guess I would choose VX because it has smaller chars and graphics are easier to create (?). (Why did we never had that discussion? That's the only one which would interest me a bit...)

Considering how Indie Game Maker (or whatever the hell it was called) failed extremely quickly,

I'd been wondering about the IG Maker and why hadn't seen any games made with it. How/why did it fail?

apparently a small community and the people who only did the 30 day trial didn't give a damn because they still had no grasp on how to use it by then, and the lack of scripting.

Might be more reasons though
