CHARACTER SPRITE HELP

Hi,
So i made my own set of sprites with the help of a website but when i import them to rpg msker vx and go to select them, the selecter doesn't cover the whole image just a small part. The sprite is the right size but the program just won't select all of it.
i'd really apreciate some help here, thanks.

put ! in the front of the sprite's name :)

Got it :) Thanks for the help.
My character has a white square around it though? How do i fix that?
Also, do you know anything about making face sets for characters by any chance?
