Maybe he was...curious?
Knowing him, he was doing so he could boast about his exploits later. I remember him bragging about how much he had improved his skills a couple of years back, so it does not surprise me that he got busted on this charge. Besides, this is not the first time he had hacked other sites before.

Why not just record the hacking on video, as it was being done, and put it on YouTube then.

author=kentonaThis, also wow weird news. I remember Kobras Realm at one point back in the day being quite active, but just like all those other sites, Skytower Games, Epiphany Gaming, Gaming World. They just went away, only the truly loyal members stayed.

(Basically, the trolling reached critical mass, and instead of trying to salvage it in the face of having to pay for the not-inconsequential costs of RMN's hosting, WIP wanted to close the site. Holbert and kentona then stepped in, and the rest, as they say, is history.)
