...well, if it's gonna be pregnancy/birth, your going to need sprites for that, more fat sprites, YAY!LOL! Seriously I may be needing some of those, do you already have them?

Why not just copy that code from Violated Heroine and modify it to suit your...uhh, needs.
I doubt you're going to find an RM game, even a Japanese one, that has the exact "feature" you're looking for.
