DID ANYONE WANT TO MANAGE SCRIPT REQUESTS FOR VX? FOR XP?

I realize that we don't have a good place for people to request scripts, so what I am going to do is create a couple of bulletins for the VX and XP engine pages for people to do just that. (ie- http://rpgmaker.net/bulletins/ )
However, I don't know much about scripting at all, so I am not the best person to manage this. Do we have any volunteers from the community for monitoring and/or managing these?
once you post on a bulletin, you receive notices for that bulletin (just like you do for articles). (Eventually that will change so that one can subscribe to an engine like they do a game...)
any takers?

I'd really like to get rid of LockeZ. His play style is way too unpredictable. He's always like this too. If he ran a country, he'd just kill and imprison people at random until crime stopped.

I have a moderate amount of knowledge of scripts, and would be glad to help out with something like this. Lord knows I'm online enough. What all would be involved, exactly? Would there be an expectation to test submitted scripts before accepting them, for example?
author=LockeZIdeally, the Script Request bulletin would be a place where people could request that a script be made, and interested scripters could look for work to do, if they wanted to. As a manager, one would organize what was requested, or whether a request was filled, or whether a request is even feasible. Or even just monitor requests that come in and make sure that no request goes unacknowledged, so that people don't feel that no one is listening.

But I am just spitballing here, and I am not even sure that a centralized location for requesting for scripts is even needed or worthwhile. Just looking for input here from people more experienced in such things.
On a related note, someone (perhaps TDS?) mentioned that the script repo hear is pretty slick, but it lacks a place for him to receive new script requests. An alternate implementation to a centralized script request bulletin would be for me to make individualized script request bulletins for scripters interest in hosting one.
Thoughts?

A central one sounds more useful to me. Specifying certain people isn't a completely awful idea but personally I think if you were working that closely with someone you would want to communicate with them directly and would just use mail.
Possibly in a system like this, users could sign up to be notified when there are new requests in certain categories. If you wanted to allow people to request specific scripters, that could be an option for users when submitting the request - they would be given a list of all scripters who have subscribed to that script category, and could either choose individual ones who would receive a notice, or choose to let everyone receive the notice.
In any case, this sort of thing definitely sounds feasible for me. If no one else wants to fight me for the spot, sign me up.

I trust in LockeZ :) haha

I am definitely more experienced in XP. I don't mind doing both since they're not really that different. If someone who is more familiar with VX scripts wants to do that side of it, that's cool.
Not sure why I am being nominated for, although I fill a lot of script requests in other communities I am very picky about how things should be requested.
Mostly because people request things without thinking it through. Like asking for a whole battle system and not even bothering to think if the resources for it exist to make it or just posting a video and hoping it is magically made.
I think that the best way to go about it would be to have both a global place for people to post script requests and an area for scripters to put up their services with their own rules.
That way people can read up on the rules a scripter has for taking scripts and have a higher rate of having their scripts made by following them.
And people that don't want to try a scripter can try their luck in the global request section.
EDIT:
This is something that I was going to ask if it was possible in another thread, but a possible solution could be to allow scripters to have their own game pages for scripts and script requests and be able to moderate it themselves?
I make a lot of scripts in my spare time and often the creation process of the most complex scripts takes a while and it is almost like making a game, so I thought it could work by giving scripters a place to show off and take script requests and ask for help finding resources to make their scripts.
