HELP ME COMPILE A LIST OF EXEMPLARY GAMES
Posts
@kentona: I've listed some games as have a couple of other people. Just in case you missed it, I'll say it again.
Starless Umbra - It's one of the few RPG Maker games that is over 15 hours of gameplay. The story isn't the greatest, but it's gameplay and mini-games are pure gold. It also has more custom systems than you can shake a stick at.
Necropolis - This is probably the best game I've played in the last year. It's old school meets new school with a cast of very interesting characters, a delightful custom battle system, and some very creative gameplay mechanics. It isn't finished, but I think there's enough content to score it a place on that list.
EDIT:
Everlasting Journey - It's pretty humorous with a likable cast of characters and solid gameplay (although it does suffer from some of the generic RPG pitfalls that it's making fun of). It also does the best job I've seen of using RTP resources.

I was like NicoB with the impression of being asked the same question for the third time.. For the latest news, which is really interesting, I think it would be a good idea to make a new thread.

Remove Sore Losers immediately.
Dude, SL is one of my favorites. I played that shit start-to-finish in ONE sitting at from midnight onward.

I am going to fight this so hard. If you want to know why, watch my scathing LT. Some parts are kind of pretty, but the "best job...of using RTP resources" would assume that the world was elegant and interesting. And "solid gameplay?" hahahashhffhskan.ffas

You dont have any fighting game in that list, add Project: Crusade xD
No joke xD
Needs to be completed first... So far, it looks pretty solid, but we need to wait until the full release before even considering it on the list.
...What about Ara Fell? That game is still the shitz. :D

That's just like... your opinion, man.
In all seriousness though, I've taken a ton of advice from your LT videos because your criticism is brutally honest and generally makes sense. I've basically redone damage/skills/attributes etc based on your recommendations because the previous gameplay design was flawed. I don't expect you to play the next release, but a lot of people liked the game the way it was and finished it. You maybe got through 1/4 of it and most of your opinions were based on how you think rm2k3 games should be, etc.
