Hey, how badly is this hurting for entries by the time you get around to answering this post? I technically have something "finished", but definitely don't have time to make it anything other than a sodding pile of un-fun. However if this is low on entry count, a terrible entry is slightly better than lacking entries at all!

Well, will you guys let your work go to waste? I think you'll get 10 makerscore for submitting anything so I believe it's better if you participate anyway.

Damn, won't be able to finish mine. To much stress with school and work... sorry.
BUT my work till now with this project won't be thrown away time. The fight will be included in a mini project, "Der Bäumige Baumfried 2".
Much is done, Battlers, Animations, Skills etc. But till now the fight has nothing to do with strategy. But at any time I will release it.

I learned a lot about programming AI while doing it, so regardless of what I end up doing it is definitely not a waste!
...I'll admit I was mostly only interested in avatar shenanigans, makerscore holds little meaning for me. Not to say you don't have a very good point! I'll just probably end up bowing out. OTL

Well, I submitted something. I chucked my whole plan and built a new encounter. I'm pretty happy with the pacing.
I also learned a lot about getting enemies in the DBS to act somewhat intelligently during my various builds for this contest, but for some reason my submission actually had the extraneous eventing dialed down quite a bit.
