HELP ME TEST LAG (RM2K3)

I made this tileset, and I'm using animated tiles as floor tiles.

Here's the tileset:

On the upper-left corner, the row with 4 tiles: yellow/pink with dot oranges, that's what I'm using as floor tiles. The ground is supposed to blink.

I made a 100x70 map using those tiles (not everywhere, cause there's also water), and my game is lagging a little. Just a tiny little. But it worries me because sometimes games lag a little on my computer, and a lot of other people's. So would anyone (more than one people) please make a large test map on RM2k3 using that tileset and those blinking tiles as ground and tell me if it lags?
In the upper left, there is just the orange/purple template grid... Is that what you want? Perhaps add a screenshot of how to use the chipset. (and are those tits and an ass?)
Not upper-left-most... but the animated tiles that are in the middle of the orange/purple grids.

Uh calunio, I tested and made a map of 500x500 and I didn't notice ANY lag at all, it was just a plain map with those blinking tiles as the ground. Although I will say that the blinking tiles did worry me a little as I didn't want to go into an epileptic seizure.

Seriously even if people have not had seizures in the past, looking at blinking lights can trigger one and I'm not joking.
Thanks! Yeah, I guess my tiny lag may be from something else.

The blinking lights are not so annoying once you add stuff (like rocks, houses, people) and mix it with water bits. But it's still a little painful, and that's the point.

I've made numerous tests in the map now, and I barely notice it blinks anymore.

----

Hopefully a few more people will test though, it may depend on the computer. I had this problem with Marvel Brothel.

My laptop is the lowest spec and I'm sure if my laptop can run it smoothly then it will run fine on everyone else's comptuers.

You may want to check if you have any hidden spyware or adware on your computer. One other thing is when test playing games in RPG Maker 2003 in fullscreen I also notice some initial lag but it tends to smooth over and it rarely happens, so I wouldn't worry about it too much.

My guess is that the processing power used to run the RPG Maker editor and the engine used to test play the games causes a spike in CPU resources.
Nothing else in my game lags, just this map.

Maybe it's because there are too many events on it.

My computer isn't great either, but there are some weird lag problems on rm2k3. On Marvel Brothel I had a parallel event that showed a picture. It caused no lag on my computer, but made it on some games really slow. When 2 parallels were active, it froze. But never on my computer. One can never be too cautious.

Well I'm pretty sure it depends on what those events are doing, if it's doing interative loops then it's no wonder it's lagging.
Even events that are merely decorative objects can cause lag if there are too many of them.
If possible you might want to make them part of the tileset or save them as a single Picture.
