the details are a little sparse.... but just have an NPC at the house's entrance saying "You can buy this house for 300,000 gold." Then add a Show Choices and have it as "Buy House" and "Decline"
If the player chooses to buy it, check their current gold and if it is greater than 300000 then deduct that amount and turn on a switch, and have that NPC go away when that switch is on. If not, have the NPC say "You don't have enough gold"
Done and done.
