Hey everyone. I was just wondering what people here use when they put a video of there game on youtube or something like that. Do you guys use a videocamera or a mobile phone?

Camstudio, Audacity (Camstudio doesn't like my soundcards), and VirtualDub here. All free.

Please don't use an actual camera. You'll just get a horrible video that's painful to watch. Screencapture programs are the way to go.

Unless of course you have some very expensive camera that can take good footage. My suggestion also would be to not use your phone. The footage would be 100 times worse than a camera.

No, even with Cameras that you spent too much money on. For a watchable video that could match something made for free, you'd also need the perfect display and lighting, a tripod so the camera doesn't move, ect.. And then there's the sound...
