yep you guessed right. It was the original Valkyrie Profile for playstation. Heres another one. Should be easy enough.
I'm gonna say Dragon Quest because of the face on the monster reminds me of the one in VIII. Ive only played one Dragon Quest, and that was for about an hour? Oh yeah, pass.

And I don't think you should give him the point for just "Dragon Quest," because it's "Dragon Quest Swords: Mask of the Evil Queen" (or something like that; it's definitely DQS).
As for your latest one, it looks familiar, but I can't put my finger on it. It's definitely not WarMech, 'cause those were PC-only, iirc.
