Actually, their quality limit is 360p. I just find 1080p cool to have.

RPG Maker 2003 is 320x240. That's 240p. Recording at 1080p will just make streaming slower for no reason.

Wmcapture can record with a pretty good quality, and the output file's weight is pretty low (80 mb per 3minutes, something like that)

Is it me or is Debut incompatible with RPG Maker VX?

It just captured VX footage as a 1/4 size image in the top left screen, with the lower right 3/4 of the screen as black, with constant screen flickering. (That is, unsurprisingly, not what VX looks like on my screen.)
