My ESL roommate was expelled for attempted murder and I got my dorm room to myself so I guess that was nice.
This is one of the greatest sentences I have ever read in my life.

=D Looking back on the roommate thing, I find it disturbing that I always joke about that when it's actually a really serious event.

When i went to college for about 2 years my roommates didn't last too long. I would pretend to snore every night and they eventually deserted me leaving me with my own dorm. It was fun. 8)
