HELP, CAN'T GET 2K3 TO WORK!

I just got a new laptop for christmas, and I love it. I used to have RPG Maker 2k3 on my old computer, and it worked perfectly (unfortunately that computer totally crashed). I downloaded it on my laptop, but when I tried to run it, I got the following error:
"Harmony.dll not found."
I've downloaded this "Harmony.dll" file 4 times, and I've tried both having the zipped folder and the extracted file in my RPG Maker 2k3 folder, and it still can't be found.
What do I do? did I do something wrong?
Copy it into C:\Windows\System32.

Copy it into C:\Windows\System32.

Where exactly do I need to put it?
I put it directly into the "System32" folder, and it still can't be found.
The exact path I went when I put it in was:
Computer---> Local Disk(C:)---> Windows---> System32
When I search my PC for that file I have it in 3 places:

1. C:\Program Files\rpg2003
2. C:\Program Files\rpg2003\RTP
3. C:\Windows\System32

If you have it in all of those places, then it's possible that the problem is that you need full permission. You said you have a new laptop, so then you have Windows 7? Have you tried right clicking and using "Run as Administrator". I won't pretend to know anything about Windows 7 or using 2k3 on it, but I thought I saw somewhere on the site (or maybe on another site) that discussed issues that 2k3 has on Windows 7.

I bet it's a permissions issue.

Well thank you for that, It got rid of the harmony thing. Now I have this weird... unlha32.dll not found. Idk what this is, and Idk how much else I'm missing either.
And yeah, it's windows 7. Run as Administrator gave me the same error so I don't think it's that.

Alright, I figured it out myself. The unlha32 was the last thing I was missing, and the only reason they couldn't be found was because I had to put them in the program folder or whatever for rpg maker 2k3. Thank you SO MUCH for your help!
