Bug Fixes

Lost a bunch of my files for Apartment Sim and had to work around getting everything back to how it was before. But while I was at it, I did some bug fixes that I found and some other minor changes as well.

-Fixed some bugs with placing objects on surfaces
-Fixed some bug in the laundromat
-Fixed issues with the cat not appearing after unlocking it
-Randomized location of scattered clothes, cuz why not?
-Cat can now sit next to you on the couch
-Events are probably more common now

As always, if I've made more bugs while I was "fixing things" feel free to let me know.

I'm glad someone is. I was told I should try to add some kind of update every Halloween, but I don't know what else I could possibly cram in to this tiny apartment.
