Not bad, but the AGL is capped at 10 for every party member, so what you've listed about their speed is just knocked off then and there.

-Some healing magic------He has one, like everyone except Bromf, who has two.
-Single-target stat buffs / debuffs-------To an extent. Though he has a few multi-targeting debuffs.

Felicia:
-Best healing magic-------That goes to Bromf
-Status curing / reviving magic--------To Bromf
-Best stat-buffering magic---------That's to Bromf and Julia. She has Debuffs and a lot of damaging spells.
-Crappy physical stats--------Just a smidge under Jason.
-High intellect---------That is right!


Julia:
-Very high physical stats-----------Yes.
-Very weak attack / status-inflicting magic-------Not necessarily.
-Poor intellect------She does, but you can't really notice it all that much.



Bromf:
-Very high intellect (even higher than Felicia)------Nope. Felicia's is higher.
-Best attack magic------Nope. That goes to Felicia.
-Best status-inflicting magic-------In a way. Positive status ailments. But he is geared towards removing them/healing.
-Best stat-debuffering magic---------Nope.
-Bad physical stats (better than Felicia, though)-------The lowest of everyone there.
