Been working on sprites and tiles~

Other than that I've been working on the story. So far I got positive feedbacks so I think that's ok :D
I can't wait for Project SRW~
In all honesty, I don't remember much what I did for the past couple of days, everything is passing by sooo quickly @_@;;

This is looking really smart. I think you're on the right track with the grass in the first screenshot, since there's gonna be trees and lots of leaves, the grass pixels should be far-less contrasted to each other than the leaves are.
I really dig the dirt in the other pics, too, can't wait to see that in action =)

This looks amazing, but where's the steampunk?
As for criticism, the trees leaves are hard to discern between the grass tiles, and those giant trunks look really warped, but I'm assuming that's part of the style. I'd try to vary the designs a bit, however. The grass pattern, leaf patter and palette used are all really gorgeous.
I think tile-pixel art is different from general pixel art because you have to really focus on shapes and patterns that can be easily repeatable, otherwise the map may turn out too cluttered or wild. I mean, those tree stumps look gorgeous individually, but when repeated on the map it seems too much.
Really love where this is headed however!

And it's a WIP and we're still working on it, so don't worry~
