CloseProbably the largest thing I have to say about this part of the map is that you have overused the old man sprite. There are 3 all within a small distance of each other.
You should probably try using a different sprite for 2 of them, unless they really are triplets. You can use the sprite anywhere else, but not double, or in this case triple, a sprite all on one map.

This is an issue I became aware of through Creation's generous Pass/Fail video. It was suggested that I limited myself with the NPCs that I use. Which is absolutely true. I didn't want to see students with blue or green hair walking around campus. I wanted students with more "natural" hair colors.
I suppose I could make a blonde guy and girl model, just to switch things up a tad. However, such a change will only happen if I have other, more significant updates to attend to. Fair enough?

Sure, Fair Enough...
It's just a small flaw, but is a lot more easily noticed in a small map like this one is. That's all. Sorry for my nit-pickiness, but it can really take away from a map. Whether it be a less important one or not.
