This fixes several more glitches including a game breaking one. I'm 90% sure old saves will work on this version so if you are stuck due to a glitch download it and copy your saves over and it should work.

Hello! I've started playing your game.

I'm in Raz Ghazh. The owner speaks about a mining.
There is a man talking about a mine problem, but I cannot find such mine.
There is an entrance to the north east side of town, but when I enter, the screen turns red, a cart seems to hit me and I'm stuck. What are my choices in this town? I'd like to progress with the story.

The mine is off the road to the north east. Did you enter the cave? Im not sure why it would make you get stuck like a cart hit you.

Oh! I found it, I was entering other "cave", the one in the initial section of town...

EDIT: More like "attempting" to enter...
