The Haunted Tunnel

The 4th "dungeon" is a frozen tunnel. Its a murkey maze full of skeletons, zombies and zombies. Sure there are other enemies in there too. The enemies are pace & chase, which means they pace back and forth and will chase after you when they spot you.

With the next update, you will be able to equip vampire capes to become a vampire and give you several sinister powers. The expense for these fancy powers are a permanent struggle with death, but with the blood suck ability, things will become clear what you need to do.

The Haunted Tunnel is big. 4 maps, 50 x 50 each. Not just that, but multiple paths through darkness. There's plenty of enemies, probably too many. It took me an hour just to get from the entrance to the main boss.

Tomorrow I'll make the main boss fight, add loot and post it to the site. The playtime is up to 4+ hours of solid action.

Oh yeah. One question. How does a Grim Reaper kill people?

By removing the soul from the body and deciding it's ultimate fate of either heaven or hell.
Typically either a "touch of death" or a reaping of the soul with his scythe.

Grim Reapers originated from the time of the bubonic plague (iirc) in Europe. It was said that dark, cloaked figures were seen in the distant fields, swinging their scythes. In recent times, some believe that these figures were aliens spreading plague to test or kill mankind; back then, they were believed to be spirits collecting souls through plague.

That said, figures of death personified are ancient. The modern version with the skeletal structure and scythe is from the plagues in 15th century Europe.
@Craze. More logically it was probably field workers or trees swaying in the wind. If not a scarecrow with a scythe that a farmer put up there. The sun plays tricks... but so does the delerium of illness or dehydration.

As for the pleague, it was kind of a test, because those with allergies survived. I have no allergies, so I wouldn't have survived.
It sounds great! I really enjoy this game. I downloaded EpiQuest too. You're really good with party-picking.
Thanks. Technically you pick the party, so you're really good with party-picking. Thanks for paying and enjoying. What do you enjoy about it?

You make really good use of the tiles. The classes and battles play out really well. I also like the chase feature, that's good to have. And by party-picking I meant you are good at balancing the classes, I think.
Thanks so much Blinkster! Elaborate feedback lets me know where I should put the focus on.

I'm happy someone else likes the battles. I was kind of fearing it, because any enemy can kill you, every enemy levels up with you, and even weak level 1 characters you wouldn't take priority to kill can bennefit the enemy party. So then it becomes waste my attack on a piddly enemy or risk that enemy buffing all the others.

The classes kinda balance themselves out with the combat. What good is a weapon fighter when an enemy is only damaged by magic? What good is an ailmet fighter when the boss is immune to ailments... so you wear a disguise to give you a new set of skills :-)
