The location name is temporary, and disappear a few seconds after you enter the map. For the sake of taking this screen and having the map location displayed, I hurried and talked to the guide. So usually, you would only see the gold window.

You do have a point however, it is that kind of small tweak that makes a game look good and neat. I'll look into it.
