Oh, stats are important, but in terms of knowing who you want in your party, skillset is much more vital.

Looks nice, and I agree, if your picking a party member then the skills they hold are much more important. But, maybe have their level show up near their HP and MP on the top left. This way you know what level of person you have and if you need to level them up or not before your "boss" battles.
I don't like much how the information is being displayed on the 'character window' The Hp/Mp and Name/Tittle parts just look misplaced. Maybe if you put the name/title at the top and to the left of the character portrait, and the Hp/Mp on the other side, it may look better... *like this*
Also, I don't think the font you're using for almost everything is the best choice, its symbols and numbers look specially bad. You should probably limit its use in-game and use a different one instead for most things, or maybe search for a similar font that doesn't have that problem.
