An updated design for a character originally meant for my initial HTC content.

I guess I'd like to learn her story some time ;)
I like the design on her dress, which could do with some brighter color (the dress that is).
I really like the little ribbons and what you did with her hair in general.
There's some minor points:
As Dewelar made me aware some time ago, that nose-dot-thingy in the original .PSD is a bit off.
And the front bangs could blend a bit better with the rest of the hair.
One last thing ... is there a hole below her left armpit?

Tough question. It depends on her personality (what's HER favorite color?) and stuff.
Maybe some sort of green to match her hair? Maybe something pinkish?
Myself I'd probably try orange or yellow, but I don't know HER taste.

As a site, we usually don't delete anything. Even double-posts, despite them being frowned upon. However, mods have the capacity/ability to delete posts.
*Edit: As a random point of trivia, Ravnica Allegiance, which I think is releasing next weekend sometime, includes the Azorius Senate as one of the guilds.

It's actually the Triforce from Legend of Zelda covering the Master Sword (which is also from that series).
