Volrath has some ideas of what they're talking about on their date:

Astra: I should tell Hiante ahead of time so he doesn't worry...

Cade: I'll handle that. I know how to talk to skeletons.

Cade: You mean...the sand? That's everywhere around here!

Astra: It has a name? I was going to just call it "not-snow!"

That table doesn't even have any legs :O It's just a board on their laps.

It is OBVOIUSLY a table with 2 strangely curved legs that are hidden by the angle.

Oh yeah, I forgot I usually said this about the table: it's either attached to the wall or the legs are invisible. When I was drawing it I couldn't get the legs to look right so I was like "eff this" and just drew them like that.

Or the table is magically flying.
