Horror RPG, winner of the 2005 Misao for Best Atmosphere.
You and two friends find yourselves lost in the woods one day and decide to seek refuge in a nearby mansion. Certainly nothing could go wrong; people do that sort of thing all the time, don't they? But what you are about to discover is that this is no ordinary mansion, and its inhabitants are no ordinary people... Welcome to The Longing Ribbon. (Not Rocky Horror.)

A feature! Why thank you. And this game is only 5 years old now! ^_^ Thanks to everyone who has given reviews and feedback over the years. Seems like ages since the day I Frankensprited the RTP villager girl's head onto Britt Brady's trenchcoat boy. I'd be the first to agree that the quality of this game goes downhill after chapter 5. For the first time, I'll admit publicly that I made it up as I went along and also I think the ending boss is lame. But it was a question of either finishing the game shoddily, or not finishing it at all. However, I remain unrepentant about the "waterfall" area. You have to remember Don Miguel to understand. It is a tribute to him. Thanks again!

This game is dumb hard, but awesome. I couldn't beat the last puzzle, so I couldn't finish it...but it was a great ride.

I really want to play this but there is something HORRIBLY wrong with the font, as I can't read anything. And it's not a font patch- I can play other games just fine.
Unless I'm mistaken, the font patch fixes the font for RM 2003, not 2000.

And this game is for RM 2000, so you need the fonts for that one.

So, download these fonts and install them to Windows font folder:

This game should not have battles AT ALL. Not even if they're optional. I'll post more comments when I'm further in the game.
I looked at a painting in the real house and I turned into a dragon Why?

That's just an Easter egg to honour Draakje the dragon.
You'll turn back.
Darn the last puzzle is too hard. but the game was good though.
Great game, though I have to be honest and say I used the no battles cheat because the battles were brutally hard.

I totally agree. :/ Oh well.
There seems to be something wrong with the font for this game...I have the RMK 2000 font installed, yet the game still won't show any text
Awesome game. I finished it many times, and still I replay and replay again...

It is addictive, but i can't explain why...

Try using a different RPG_RT.exe file from another game.

@Bleusilences: WOW. THAT'S A LOT OF REPLAYS. THANK YOU

You have to hit the right key several times in a row. (It's to keep people from solving the puzzle just by hitting keys at random.) I think is the second-highest A on the piano?
