Looking for pre-transparent battlers

My trial for photoshop ended so I can't get rid of backgrounds on my side-view battlers. I was wondering if anyone has a lot of them already done. They just need to be side-view.

Gimp is indeed really useful. Also, are your backgrounds complex? At least in Rm2k/3, if the backdrop's all one color then you merely set it to ignore the background color when you import the files. Also do you mean battle characters or animations?

Gimp somehow manages to freeze everytime I load it... And I meant stuff like monsters. :p

*clonk* Camupins, from what I've read you set the background transparency when you import the files via the Materials button, just like in other versions! If you really want I have some monsters ripped from Ff Origins but I'd suggest looking around the "net.
As for GIMP< make certain you've got the latest stable release certain you have the latest stable release (Currently 2.6.12 for Win)and haven't overstuffed the brush and background folders in your user section - it can slow things down.

As for the battlers, I have got a full version of PS now. So I should be good. :)

OK I may have overreacted, but you weren't using your head... also are you going to try to make new monsters or use existing ones? There are lots of coll side-view monsters oth there, but many are for 2k/3 or Xp and may need resizing. If you check the Wayback Machine archive of Room Ryou'll find lots of super-creepy monsters- while they're created for 2k and Xp, many of them have stances that are workable for side-view-. Note that you'll probably want to check at various points along the time line, as varied items were submitted or broke down over the time the site was up..
YOu can also check out, among other sites, Monta's Monsters-again for 2k & Xp but useful.

Oh thats ok. I have TONS of side-view battlers from this one site. I may not be creative, but I really like the ones I found. :)
