Summons can be leveled and can fuse with the hero! Lance has the aura of the fire summon on him.

Custom battle system

Along with dozens of other custom systems, the battle system algorithms are custom made by me. I have only used small pieces of the basic foundations of rpgmaker’s battle system, which has enabled me to create my own damage numbers. Heck! By doing this I have the best of both worlds!

You will see a lot of new stuff in the improved battle system. The limits of rpgmaker have been broken, which means that doing max 9999 damage is a thing of the past. Within very wide limits, you can now do almost anything you wish, such as stacking and combining your skills!

The new battle system is very deep and you might find it rather complex in the beginning. When you have mastered it, however, you can unleash hundred different strategies to suit your particular style of play. It’s not easy though, and it can take a long time to get to grips with every detail of it!

A very powerful boss!

after like 50 hours of grind i decided to drop this game, sadly. the game is just too grindy in terms of spell learning, especially the enemy death spell was far too annoying other than being challenging, imagine your thousands of hp get kill in a second regardless how many level above the enemy, sometimes after ressurected with minimal hp but enemy spamming mighty aoe spell and kill my character again, which is ridiculous. this led to heavy usage of phoenix down which is also money wasting because it's expensive.and ultimately,my character can infect many status effect at the sametime which is fine BUT indicator never properly show how many status effect i'm infected which is a deal breaker to me.example when i inflict damage 1 with physical attack only i realized that i'm blinded, totally annoyance. i really liked this game, but at this state the combat system was so broken and tiresome and it doesn't worth my time to spend my effort to.been a while i never laugh so hard until i fight the summon ODIN, any kind of the spell spamming, physical AOE that ignore defense pretty much one hit my team,AOE blind,AOE silence, any worst spell you name it they had. buff my healer with high enough HP and grind a few level higher, think i have a chance to beat it.then death spell KO my healer and physical AOE one hit my whole team, not to mention he can do 2 action in one turn. this game was truly mess, lucky i'll never play again.
also ,pls learn to use RPG maker thoroughly before you start your project. nobody wants to play through the same crap over and over again because of the crash bugs.

What version are you playing? This game was put back in "production" mode because there are bugs in this game. I've played this game last year and all of the bugs I encountered was fixed when I contacted the game creator.

Regarding the stat issue, what enemies are causing status effects? I don't recall having as many problems with status effects as you have, and I played the game all the way through (except the very, very last boss) on the hardest mode.

many of the boss ability is too overpowered especially the one coming from the minotour boss, ap claw, always one hit my healer.need to constantly revive my healer is the one i absolutely hate, the whole combat situation was nonsense. and i don't want to go back to game anymore, sorry. i have to leave this game forever, there's many good game to play rather than the tormented one.
What is the answer to the three tombstones about Dimitri's family in the Great Pyramid? I tried a lot of possible answers, but I still can't figure it out.

I think at least, these two numbers are right, 4, and 1955, but I am not sure.

Nevermind, figured it out. I was doing it all wrong.
Just started playing this game and i have to say i really like it.
In the combat when i select orb skills (for example fireball), i cannot see who to choose (I can select by clicking down button but not icon showing which enemy is selected) and also is it possible to remove the information message after selecting orb magic? One or twice for the tutorial is fine but saying same things again and again can be a bit annoying.
Finally is it possible to add how long have i played so far ?

Really enjoying the game and looking forward to your updates.

Thanks for your compliment, to be honest I'm not sure if it is possible to make an icon for that - I suspect not without changing a lot to the battle system - but I can investigate it none the less. Your second reqeust is actually a good idea and will put that in the next update. Your third request I have to think about.

İ just beat the first boss (Troll). Also are the books are the only way to increase stats or as i advance in the story will i get other options to improve my characters ? (Playing in hardmode and having so much fun.) Also i just realized that in combat i can see that Baltasar Aura skill is in both aura and orb skill tab. Normally i was expecting to see under aura skill tab. Is this normal ?

Edit: In the second boss fight i realized that summoning didnt trigger automatically after reaching %100. It just continued to increase up to %166 until the combat finished.

Edit 2: I can confirm that even on normal mobs i can no longer summon him after reaching %100 . Percent rate keeps increasing and increasing no trigger.
Levels, weapons, armor boots and assesories increase stats too. That the aura gets in the skills tab is a limit of the rpgmaker program and is normal.

That the summon doesnt trigger is not normal. Has it been triggered before and can you send me your savegame for that so that I can investigate the problem? You can send it to e-mail address u send me a message before.
the game that almost broke rmn
FWIW, my Balthazar never triggers anymore either.

It seemed to start at one point when Leviathan did something ... really weird, and hit a boss for 2billion HP(!).

I can't seem to get Balthazar to ever come back; I've even tried feeding him summon coins, and no dice.

Thanks, yes this problem that is already familiar it happens very rarely and also random and therefore hard to reproduce. Though I suspect it happens if you fill the gauge, call the summon and then kill the enemies before the summon comes.

I hope that I can fix it soon. If you send your savegame to scm.vandelaar@gmail.com I can take care that it will be back for you again.
Sure, I can send you a copy. I *think* it's only Balthazar that's bugged out, though I've been putting up all auras for boss fights, and it occurs to me I haven't seen Lonka in awhile either. Ramuh and Leviathan are definitely working; and I just got ... uh ... Earth guy this morning.

I encountered a beneficial bug too - somehow, at some point I received 2 extra copies of the book of Speed, so I have 3 of them. And upgrading Lance's upgrades all 3 books for the price of 1. I'm not sure what's going to happen when I get them to level 5 (that's when the books ... evolve, or whatever? Not quite there yet.)

I'm enjoying hardcore mode, though as you'll see, I've ... kind of had to exploit some stuff to get through. Save-scumming roulette until I had enough money to just buy all the high-end consumables ... excessively grinding XP and especially spell levels. Not to mention those ill-gotten speed books, without which I'm not sure I could have pulled off the last two bosses; at some point, I may have to give up and lower the difficulty.

Will fix those issues. Playing on hardcore is not really advisible for the first time haha. This game is already challanging on normal/hard. But of course ur free to try, its very, very brave in my eyes :)

I had to take it offline again for an emergency change. It should be up again. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hit a brick wall, literally,. I have just started the first trial, I have bought a bell off an old man, and just kept following tunnels, the bell rings every so often, about ten screens after my last bell I hit a brick wall and cannot go any further, I have tracked backed and come across a message saying we cannot go back now. Have I missed something?

There is a very small chance that, that can happen. We are aware of this. To get around this you can leave the sewer so that u are back in the prison. After that ho back in the sewer maze again and try to follow the bell again. 99% of the time it will work fine. Hope this helps.
