Tears of Envia

This patch takes care of some small changes that I don’t want to release a new installer for.

Removed Dynrpg patch.
I removed it because it messes up the orb system big time. At some turns spells do only half damage which is very annoying.

Removed monsters in the weight puzzle in Phoenix cave
Because it’s annoying :P

Prohited running in the tag game in the Pyramid.
Because it’s programmed to work in walking speed.
