I redesigned the green light grass of the ground to improve the gradient effect. The first time I put too much, so that the grass medium dark green color was no longer seen.

For the moment it looks kinda ugly and especially it shows that the grass was laid by a human hand. I'm going to erase some in hope to make it look better.

The result is not perfect, but the new grass does help my ground to have a more natural feel to it. I also added small herbs on my road but they are so small that even in 100% I can't see them, lol.

I tried to put holes in my road but as you can see, it is not successful. I leave this idea aside for a future card. I can finally start working on the right side of the village.

I made my map bigger. I set my shop near the exit of the village. I built a small plan for my future buildings.

3 houses stacked on top of each other it is a bit much. To break the monotony, I'll try to build a pergola (support plant) and put vines.

Thanks to Celianna I found the base of my pergola. I just had to try and enlarge it with all the clumsiness of a noob. One day I'll have to learn how to make a custom tileset.

The first attempt to decorate the structure is not very satisfactory, there is something missing, but what?

"Cry of Frustration" and "trying to think" and "consult Google Image".

Second attempt, I kept my flowers, but I added vines and it goes immediately better. I will have to keep in mind to not overlook some details in the future. I put a lot of time to assemble the flowers because it is really difficult to properly dispatch them. It was a lot of copy, paste and delete. Now, I'll try to improve it.

I increased plant density, to give them a more natural effect. I added grapes and leaves to bring some diversity. Adding a shadow to add depth effect with decorations in the background.

Test my pergola in my village. It looks really big... I reduce its size to 70% and it is better but ... Something is wrong.

"Getting depressed"

I failed to achieve my pergola. It does not really go with the rest, it is too detailed. I will try to change it later, but for now I will go try to do something that will cheer me up.
