Recorded two parts today. Part 2 is up and Part 3 is processing right now.
I plan on doing new recordings every Saturday and Sunday, since that would best fit with my schedule.

Finally had the chance to catch up on this. I can only watch youTube in the mornings because the site gets too busy at night or something. I seriously can't even load at 240p in the evenings. >_<

I don't know HOW I was able to freeze the bill blaster, but I did.
Sometimes it just happens. I think it works if you hit it just when it's firing a Bullet Bill. Or maybe its random.
I suppose kentona could've made the giant note blocks solid all the way through, but that would've messed up one of his secrets earlier in the stage.
