FROM NOW ON THE UPDATES OF THIS GAME WILL BE ON GAMEJOLT! Please go over there and check out the latest game updates because I have started to work on the game again and I made it longer and better!!!
Laura is a 14-year-old who likes to do anything that a normal young teen would do. But...her life is changed for the worse. One night, Laura awakens to darkness and candles. With the help of a lamp she finds nearby, she continues through her own home to find the remains of what it used to be like. The house is empty and cold. It is as if no one has lived there for years. When Laura leaves her home and ventures outside, the world is white and snow covers the land. The only thing to do is go forward into the nearby forest, and that is where the real fear begins to sink in. "Lamia Nox" is Latin for "Witch Night". The forest holds secrets that are not meant to be found out.
Characters of the game:
Laura: Female
Age: 14
Laura is the main character of the game and is played by the player. She has recently lost her parents and is now alone to fight through the darkness.
Ghost: Female
Age: Unknown
The Ghost of the game leads Laura into the woods to find out what is going on. Laura later finds the truth about the Ghost and finds that there is much more to what is going on.

*More scares!
*A few different endings!
*Smaller file size but larger game!
I hope you guys will support the full release and tell me what you think. Please do not take ideas from me. You may use the music and sprites but please do not copy. Come up with your own ideas. Please download the newest version to see what happens to Laura and the Ghost!!!!

That and the trees will look more realistic and everything will be better looking. The story will be longer and the areas will be bigger.
I finally got around to playing this. It was a little short, but good job. Will you be creating any other games?

Yes of course. :) I am working on an rpg at the moment. I will also redo the entire Lamia Nox game with better graphics and story. It will be a lot longer then.

People already know that. The problem is being solved and also nothing can happen unless the content is trademarked or patented.
Actually, it's frowned on in the community to use resources (ie, graphics, music, etc) that are made for a particular game. We tend to look the other way when it's ripped content from big commercial games like the Final Fantasy series and what-not, but there's a sort-of honour-among-theives thing that most RM sites have going on, so if you have used music that was created by someone especially for their own project, please replace it ASAP.
People get tetchy when they feel that their peers have no respect for them by stealing their own hard work and it makes for an unhappy populace. It also doesn't do you any good as people who 'borrow' tend to get labelled as thieves and looked down on in the community with suspicion and dislike, which means they're less likely to respect you and your own games.
Please keep that in mind and don't steal from each other, m'kay? If it's an honest mistake that you're rectifying we'll let it slide this once, but remember it is a very big offence in almost all forums, including this one.

To liberty I know what I did was wrong. After something on a pewdiepie forum about my game I told my composer to start making music right away. A new version will be out soon with new music to fix this problem. I'm sorry for any problems I caused. I will make sure not to make this mistake again in the future.

A new update for Lamia Nox is out! This time the graphics at some points are new and the music is also new as well! Thank you for playing and please download the new version. Also the text is now fixed so it no longer goes off screen.
