Interesting, though I hope there's a limit to those items. Casting protect, shell, and haste is pretty powerful if I can hold 99 of them, semi-free of use.

You need Forbid Supt-RF to refine this item. =D
It's pretty hard to get. When you do so, enemies will also have extremely powerful assets. Unless you powerlevel, it's perfectly possible.
