My self-indulgent mess of a first game, starring an entire cast of dogs!!
Made with RM2k3 with the goal of being the happiest, least scary game ever made on that engine. Vibe-wise, I was going for a mush between The World Ends With You, Chibi-Robo, and Nintendogs. It is cute, bright, and obnoxious.
The game can be beaten once in about an hour.
Featuring:
-2 endings!
-Over 20 dog breeds!
-dum shibe
-100 billion lines of dialogue
-About 2000 references to obscure video games that only I will understand
-My tears

Probably the same reason why there are only 29 subscribers. Since we are seeing it, it is not only possible but also true, regardless of how improbable.

the way I'm using it here is one hundred percent an insult and if you're saying that the game you're not yet finished with is your magnum opus then it's one hundred percent an insult aimed at you
I was mostly facetious as most people misuse terms like master-piece anyway. But I guess point is I don't really care how silly it is to aim for some epic sprawling RPG when I'm just going to try anyway. I've made similar observations to yours when Space Funeral came out: that you don't need to make something complex or big to make it worth something. Though I think less people nowadays go for Velsarbor levels of production value and hype. Replaying The Way and the entire Legion Saga series recently I realize it is possible to complete a big meaningful RM game as really it's just an involved hobby.
It's definitely a good trend though for creative games here to be made in a month and to get mentioned by a news blog or e-celeb.

Obviously because PewdiePie makes the Playthrough and all the people download it but of course dont register here necessarily.
But of course the game is just awesomme itself! I didnt even played it, just watching the letsplay of pewds but its very funny and people are starving for more cuz of that.

The "Shit" you see is just Shibe's name cut off, lol. No idea if that was intentional though.

The Mediafire mirror I put up has 10k downloads so plus the 49k on RMN, in total it's about 60,000 right now...gosh
I think the rate of the downloads has been steadily decreasing, though, so I doubt it'll reach 100,000!
