I think you should add some design or elaborate some how the lower half of the girls red shirt. It looks very plain and empty compared to not only the rest of her, but definitely the level of detail in the male character. Also is she meant to look old? the lines at the corner of her mouth and under the lower inside of her eyes make her look aged.

Their design is loyal to the rtp, as was the point of the contest.
And yes, Ulrika is older, she's meant to look it.

In the original bust, Ulrika just had a low cut dress but ...yknow when you get older...you don't really wanna show off your chest like that so we changed it to a turtleneck. It's staying true to the RTP spirit.

It's Ulrika, a heroine from the rtp that is used in Punch Bears, yes.
