Yuki's Escape

I spent over an hour trying to beat the W..A..T..E..R puzzle before I gave up. If anyone actually knows how to solve this puzzle I would like to hear from them either in the comment section or via a private message.

Otherwise I'm going to assume the puzzle is either unsolvable do to a lack of useful clues or because of bad eventing within the game.
