SUMMARY:
Battle monsters, gather allies, and protect the Solar System from evil in this prequel to the modern ‘Sailor Moon’ story.
PLOT:
Selene, a goddess, is saved from tossing herself into the Galaxy Cauldron by a bright light, a shining little star. Selene decides to raise and nurture this star as her own child. The pair set off to a quiet corner of the galaxy to watch over any budding civilizations they might find.
But soon, Selene (now called Queen Serenity, the mythic ruler of a kingdom called the Silver Millennium) realizes she can’t protect the shining star by herself, and seeks out the Guardians who followed them from the Cauldron on that fateful day.
GAMEPLAY:
The game play is standard JRPG style, story-driven with random encounters, turn-based front view battles, with loot and leveling. This is an ‘expanded universe’ story, not an AU work and generally follows established franchise canon, with a large dose of non-conflicting fan-headcanon.
MAIN CHARACTERS:
Queen Serenity
The mythic ruler of the Silver Millennium. Fearless and strong-willed, she has looked after the Solar System since the dawn of civilization. Her origin is a mystery to those around her.

Weapon: Magical staff
Venus
A tomboy Princess, the daughter of Aphrodite. While she dreams of true love, she knows her destiny is bigger than simple romance.

Mercury
Heir-apparent to an ice-covered world. Protecting her planet and its people are her top priority, even if it means protecting them from what they have created.
Element: Water and Ice
Weapon: Dagger
Rei
A mysterious girl from Enyo village on Mars. Her people have been living under the tyrant King Ares her whole life. Will she find enough strength inside herself to fight back?
Element: Fire and Holy magic

Jupiter
Ruler of the Jovian moon system. This princess has an unbreakable will, even when faced with total devastation and impossible odds.
Element: Plants, Thunder and Lightning
Weapon: Sword
Princess Serenity
A cheerful girl born of a shining star. Head-strong like her mother, she often defies her guardians to spend time with the Prince from Earth.

If you're not a fan, it might be confusing why small details happen... But I hope not.
I'm not really a fan of Medaka box and Madoka. Hopefully, someone with a lot of passion for those shows will come along and make a game.
i am a honest person so i will never say something is good if i didn't like it.

the ruler of a entire world only has 1000 coins!? she is one poor princess!
people should be giving her stuff for free! :D
dont like games with status boosters especially when you can buy them.
names of items and such could be improved. also i dont think a moon princess would use a shield lol...
would suggest changing shield to something that fits more or just remove that equip slot
the forest looked amazing but it was WAY too big!
people in the human world can sell things that should only be on the moon?
they should only sell items like heals at best throws the immersion off
i cant believe that king! how unreal! even if she was not a princess...she came down to help him in a situation that he even lied about! and he dare tlks to her like that!?

the town north of the castle on the moon. could use a quick travel back to the castle.and maybe vice versa
odd you go back to earth after you get a party of 4 and they are acting like nothings wrong o.o
is it supposed to be act 3 two times in a row? i went to mars then mercury and mercury was also act 3
mercurys xp is broken need to lower her xp = to other characters so if you had 100,000 xp you would be the same lvl as the others
monsters following your character to attack you are really annoying they should be passive
mercury should mention which direction porta capena (the town your supposed to be going to) is
mercury's planet was also a bit laggy,moved slower maybe fps drop?
when you finally get to the area on mercury's planet that stops snowing if you walk back it doesn't snow again
Jupiter's planet is broken....these dam plants...run at mock 10 and theres a seemly infinite amount!
after 20+ battles seriously!

felt ripped off when finished the last planet didn't get to check out her room at least b4 a long cutscene :(

Story
Honestly the best part of this game and the only thing that kept me from dropping it.
it was so good im seriously considering watching the series in which i never would have
i have not watched the series but as far as i can tell it takes place b4 the main series
i don't know if its canon or not but its really good when you actually get plot scenes
Gameplay
playtime is 7+ hours
battles...way...WAY to many battles...i normally try to be unbias here but this was ridiculous and it did not add to the game.
its= to the worst random battles you ever seen in a rpg.
you touch enemies to engage in battle normally you would be able to avoid them but some areas have enemies that run at mock 20 and even running away isn't happening
then theres the mapping is looks AMAZING for mostly rtp but some areas are unreasonably huge its like you go thru a huge area then reach a another huge area that's a maze and at the end of this maze your thinking the story/boss is at the end of this area nope....another huge area with alot more enemies...
yeah i personally didn't enjoy this part of the game
Characters
hmmm i would say i liked most of the playable characters...its hard to say despite the amount of play time that they got good characterization
like the reason is so important to them is....some completely unexplainable connection in some other dimension and existence
which a minor explanation is given in 1 scene of the game.
my favorites were mercury and Jupiter
Mercury was really smart and didn't let society change her feelings!
and Jupiter despite
went to serve sailor selenity her part of the story hit me hard :(
Overall
i wish this was way more focused on story with the only battles being story related the game would of been so much more enjoyable.
and much smaller areas
i managed to enjoy everything else tho. the mapping visuals were nice and the story again was great
tho id recommend this more to the battle obsessed players more then fans of the sailor moon series

Saturn is the soldier of death and rebirth. She only awakens to end the world or in times of impossible crisis. But by unleashing that power, she destroys herself, but it is through this power that everything is wiped clean and everyone can be reborn. (You can YouTube search 'Silence Glaive Surprise' to see her power.)
In both the anime and manga, they don't remember their past lives right away. Venus remembers and awakens first (for her back story, read 'Codename: Sailor V') The team only knows what Luna the cat has told them, they are warriors and they must find and protect their Princess (they don't remember that it's Usagi). So, when Venus reveals herself to the others, she fulfills her duty as the Princess decoy/body double and tell them she's the princess, even though she knows it's a lie, to protect Usagi until her memories return.

@Fanatik007: That file is in the version of the game I recently played. Though, I might have gotten this game from it's RMW thread rather than from here. Not sure if that makes a difference!
i got it from here and had no problems.
just make a file its a simple fix. the engine is just looking for a audio file with that name lol...grade school stuff :O

Delving into the Audio/SE directory a bit, I found that the file "Desicion2.ogg" is pretty much an exact copy of "Decision222222222.ogg".
So, actually, shayoko's advice isn't too far off the mark!

Sorry, I should be checking here more often.
It's not missing in the original file set. You can either re-download or make your own fix. But it's not missing from the download itself, so the problem is on your end.

I am only just starting with gaming, so I'll apologize now. Is there a walkthrough? As well, I am stuck right near the beginning, investigating the cave; I got the boulder on the push-button and found the small illuminated area that is then available... but I cannot seem to get any further. Any help would be appreciated.

Step on the switch first, then roll the boulder onto it. Go down into the trap door it opens.

This is one of the 3-4 best games I've played made with VX-ACE.
Played about 20hrs cause I like to get the best equipment for all my warriors and I also like to beat the crap out of the bad guys so grinding is what I do to get all-powerful :)
Enjoyed almost everything about this game.
Have to admit I did get a bit confused considering how many characters there are and all the places the different Acts take place.
But I loved the teleporting and abilities of the characters.
Got excited everytime one of the leveled and was granted a new ability :)
Loved the mapping.
So many treasures to find.....loved reading notes to level, jumping in a fireplace to gain things...
Really enjoyed the music and sound effects.
Loved everything about this game.

Well ain't that just ducky :( the notice was an error that something had stopped working. No problem, the game started fine everytime I restarted it. But now I can't get it to come up with the error message so I found like a fool.
Guess sounding like a fool was the only thing I don't like about your game :) haha
