Breathtakingly beautiful. The graphics of this game are becoming always better. Good job!
It’s because the main area is in a top down perspective while the parallax is in a front view perspective. It’s definitely off but I think it works for the sake of the visual effect. I think it’s mostly a matter of whether realism or visual flair is more important and there isn’t really a right one to pick, each is gonna have people who prefer it more.

Yeah idk, if the perspective was correct you'd either be staring at dark trees or having an awkward sidescroller segement. Though a game like rudra will keep the horizon line just above the character to hide some of it. Though often I think the better solution is to just distort the horizon like animal crossing does and have the camera offset up a little more than usual when you walk by a vista. Otherwise it's an RPG thing to live with.
